Individual Counselling

Staley Health provide confidential online and telephone support service, six days a week as well as personal consultations to assist you in your journey of growth and healing.  

Nikki can help you if you are feeling down, stressed or plagued with worry.  You may feel like you are not yourself anymore or you maybe having problems dealing with school, university or work.  You maybe finding it difficult to concentrate.  Staley Health also help individuals that maybe experiencing depression, anxiety, martial or relationship issues, anger management or learning how to cope with a major illness.  Nikki specialises in stress and anxiety management and offers Meditation and Reiki as added resources to assist you in learning how to deal with problems and issues you maybe experiencing in your life.  

Staley Health do not provide counselling for addicts.  If you have previously been an addict, you need to be sober for at least 2 years to receive any holistic counselling.   For addicts you can get help at Barwon Health.

An initial consultation will ascertain the issue(s) to be resolved or healed and follow up appointments will be arranged at this time.  Usually 10 sessions are recommended for effective integration into your everyday life and for deep therapeutic healing to occur. 

All sessions are private and confidential and any information shared during the sessions will not be passed onto anyone else without your permission.  If however, you are in a dangerous situation or your safety is threatened, Nikki is required by law to ensure the safety of everyone involved.  This means she may have to share her concerns with law enforcement.

Counselling for Children

Staley Health also provides counselling for children and teens in a confidential and safe environment.  Nikki works with children using art therapy and holistic techniques that children and teens find interesting and fun, enabling the healing and growth to occur when having to deal with anxiety, stress, depression, separation anxiety, having to cope with parents who are divorced or separated or any other difficulties they maybe experiencing.  The holistic approach, which also incorporates art therapy, dream analysis, Reiki and meditation,  allows for deep healing and these techniques and tools are passed on so that they can use them at home in their own time, or when required.  Nikki has her Working with Children Card.

Please note on all counselling sessions that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in which the full session will be charged.​
