Health & Wellbeing Seminar

At the Torquay Community House I will be holding a health and wellbeing talk with some helpful tips and easy ways to sustain your energy, improve health and wellbeing and increase your inner peace and happiness. I will be discussing the benefits of reiki, meditation and every day practises to connect with life and others on a deeper level. This seminar will be on held on Sunday 9th October, 2022 from 12pm to 1pm.  Cost is $7.00  Places are limited so book now.
