Saturday Community Meditation Group

Join with like-minded people to relax and enjoy a online meditation.

Every Saturday, Staley Health run a free Community Online Meditation Class from  8:30am to 9:30am, where the facilitator will channel reiki healing energy throughout the entire class.   When you book you will be sent a Zoom link to join.  Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.   The classes for 2020 are on the following dates:
