Staley Health provides life coaching for people wanting to improve certain areas of their life such as career, health/wellness, dating or relationships.  You will learn easy step by step strategies to achieve goals in these areas that you are challenged.   

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is another effective way for you to create long-lasting change and an extraordinary life.   Life coaching is slightly different to holistic counselling as it works specifically on achieving goals and removing patterns of behaviour that no longer work.  You  will resolve behaviours that are not linked to your life purpose and dreams.  

When you have an awareness of why you do what you do, you can change it.   I'll help you to have clarity; direction; purpose and most of all, the road map for how to get there.

• Unleash your own personal power and harness the law of attraction

All sessions are private and confidential and any information shared during the sessions will not be passed onto anyone else without your permission.   

​Cost of coaching sessions are $250.00 for 1 hour with initial consultation being 1.5 hours at $200.00. Phone coaching and mentoring sessions are $250.00 for 1 hour. 

Nikki also provides business and executive coaching, leadership coaching and celebrity coaching.
